Terms of Service

Kutip is a matching and record-keeping platform. It does not employ anyone, does not direct workers, and is not a party to any agreement between customers and workers.

Kutip NEVER handles, holds, routes, or processes money. All payment happens directly between customer and worker, off-platform, by any method they choose. Kutip records the agreed amount and stores proof of payment privately.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the jobs you post, the work you agree to do, the payment you make or receive, and your safety. You agree to settle payment directly with the other party and not through Kutip.

Workers on Kutip are independent individuals. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship with Kutip or between the parties.

After a job is completed, both parties may rate each other. Completed jobs appear in a public, anonymized ledger. No personal information, payment details, or proof of payment ever appears in the ledger.

Kutip is provided 'as is'. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Kutip disclaims all liability for disputes between users, the quality or safety of work performed, non-payment, fraud, or any loss arising from the use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

Kutip may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
